Kevin haripaul
Kevin Haripaul oversees financial strategy, business development, client relationships, project coordination, and company growth while helping lead the overall direction of the business.
Kevin is focused on building Six Sigma Steel Group into a reliable steel partner for contractors, developers, homeowners, and businesses throughout Central Florida. His leadership emphasizes professionalism, communication, accountability, and delivering quality service across structural steel, custom fabrication, residential metalwork, and commercial steel projects.
Kevin brings a diverse background in business operations, finance, private equity, real estate sales, and real estate investing. His experience across these industries gives him a strong understanding of strategic growth, financial planning, client relations, and long-term value creation.
Co-Owner & Managing PartnerScott Gordon
Scott Gordon is the Co-Owner and President of Six Sigma Steel Group, bringing more than 44 years of experience in the structural steel and miscellaneous metals industry. He helps lead the company’s estimating, fabrication operations, production management, project execution, and overall business operations.
Scott is focused on building Six Sigma Steel Group into a dependable steel partner for general contractors, developers, and businesses throughout Central Florida. His leadership emphasizes quality workmanship, strong communication, accurate estimating, efficient shop production, safety, and delivering projects on schedule.
Throughout his career, Scott has worked across nearly every level of the steel industry, including fabrication shops, field installation, shop management, estimating, and executive leadership. In his previous role as company president, he oversaw full steel-fabrication operations, including contract review, budgeting, staffing, safety, production, and customer relationships. His decades of hands-on industry knowledge help guide Six Sigma Steel Group’s commitment to reliable execution, practical solutions, and long-term customer relationships.
Co-Owner & PresidentJoey Smith
Joey Smith is a Co-Owner and Manager of Six Sigma Steel Group, bringing decades of experience in welding, fabrication, and shop leadership. He plays a key role in managing daily production, project schedules, hiring, team coordination, and other operational responsibilities that support the company’s fabrication and installation work.
Joey is focused on helping Six Sigma Steel Group deliver reliable service, quality workmanship, and efficient project execution. His leadership emphasizes organization, accountability, safety, productivity, and maintaining strong communication between the shop, field, and management team.
Joey has built extensive hands-on experience in fabrication shops and field installation, giving him an understanding of what it takes to complete steel projects correctly and on schedule. In his recent role as shop supervisor, he managed teams of 10 to 25 people in a fabrication shop, overseeing workflow, manpower, production needs, and day-to-day shop operations.

Jay Collins is a Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Six Sigma Steel Group, Jay focuses on business development, sales strategy, project management, and company decision-making. As part of the ownership team, Jay helps guide the company's direction by identifying new opportunities, building valuable relationships, and making strategic decisions that support long-term growth.
Jay is heavily involved in seeking new opportunities, developing relationships with general contractors, developers, homeowners, and business owners, and following up on active opportunities to help turn bids and conversations into successful projects. He works closely with the team to review project status, manage priorities, and help keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving efficiently from start to finish.
Jay brings a strong background in bid coordination, project management, shop-to-field handoffs, and construction industry operations. His experience provides a practical understanding of how projects move from estimating and approval into fabrication, installation, and completion.
